Eligibility for Refunds
At SchreibJoy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item must not be a personalized or custom-made product.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Processing Time
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- You may be asked to return the damaged item for quality control purposes.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-made stationery
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "final sale"
International Returns
For international customers:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment.
- Processing may take additional time due to international shipping.
